They should worry about satellite spotters too. There's a good article in
this month's Wired about how amateurs are tracking satellites as a hobby
and getting mysterious calls from "southern gentlemen" asking for
orbital data on spy satellites.

I was amused by the stealth satellite which has to know who to hide from,
so when an amateur spotted it they reprogrammed it to hide from areas where
the hobbyists live. Well that's what the hobbyists say, anyhow.
