You have two different options, Evelyn.
1. Type AT3D on your terminal screen; but don't hit Enter.
   Dial the numbers manually on your phone until fully connected
   Hit Enter when you hear the remote modem tone
2 Concatenate all your numbers in a long string with commas for reaction
  pauses.
I have used both successfully.  In your case, #1 is probably better.
