RC> TW> Sorry, I keep forgetting that the United States is sliding into THIRLD
RC> TW> World status. That is htwe Country with the only approx 43%
RC> TW> penetration of Broadband.
RC>Thats because there isnt much govt subsidisation of it like it is in other
RC>countries.
And I thank GOD for that .BY what right can I ride o nthe Backs of
Othyers to get Broadband??
RC>But that number doesnt denote those who choose to not own a computer or choo
RC>not to have broadband much less the internet.
That is the Figure for the Interent Users YES. And that is the ONLY
figure that makes any semse. Why should those that Don't even own a
Computer or choose not to use the internet even be mentioned in things
when you are talkling about Broad Band penetration.
OF course they don't have IT as they have NOTHING to use it for.
RC>But arent you the one who thinks 95% of the population can get by with DOS?
That wasn't of the Population. IT was 95% of the "TYPICAL" computer
users. And even then it was a little Tounge in Cheek.
