Oh, I think we can be pretty confident of a two things.

Con:

Saddam Hussein would still be among the many dictators who savagely oppress
their own people, would love to have WMDs but don't, and feel some
_schadenfreude_ about a 9/11 attack they had nothing to do with

Pro:

The US would have less of a track record for blustering incompetence in
intelligence work, in public diplomacy, and in postwar operations.... and
fewer apologists like you, falling back step by step from "crusade for
US security and Iraqi freedom" three years ago to "well, maybe it
could have been worse" today.
