I'm not sure if hpt logs errors like directory not found.
I think it's working, because imp-mail does it's job.
If you are in doubt, add "dir >> files_seen.txt" lines into
the script.

You already did a tossing run before hpt.
If imp-mail tossed everything, then there is nothing left for hpt to do.

If imp-mail does not toss everything then it may be rename the untossed mails.
*.sec or *.bad is used for security or other trouble pakets. Those trouble
mail isn't touched by hpt because the sysop have to identify the problem
first and manually rename it to *.pkt or whatever.
