Herman,
If you want to claim that you write better code than other people,
you'd be well advised to back it up. So far, when you've posted code
and results, I've shown that I can get _drastically_ superior results
using simple, easy to read source code. Your hand optimized code has
lost out _every_ time.
You can sit around calling people "students" all you want, but you can't
change reality: your optimizations have lost out to those of a decent
compiler every time.
Now, as far as being a student goes, you're right: I am learning all the
time, and I'm proud of that. You clearly are NOT learning, even when
you really need to. You appear unwilling to learn, even when what you
"know" has been repeatedly proven totally wrong and completely bogus.
Later,
Jerry.
