There are problems with how Multimail compiles. I don't remember exactly,
but Mike Dillon (GSValore) walked me through it and it has to do with the
rather ancient way Multimail compiles itself. I did get it do work once
under Ubuntu 9.10, but never again under any of the other 14 or so Linux
distros I tried. :(
