In all probability.

Additionally you will have to have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate.

A processor that has the Virtualization tech, nearly all of the processors
nowadays do, except the AMD Sempron.

Ample RAM, you need min of 512 for the XP mode with enough left over for
the host OS. 2 gig min.
