very interesting reading as I recall. The big battles over
Motorola vs USR. It was a fun time.

Hmmm ... been a long time here but I think USR has "at4" or
some such command that will display all of the switch commands?

If you can find the command to list the switches I think you
will have all the information you can put to use.
