Phil,
  The Insignia Guide says this is an Equipment Decoration. Just like the
High Adventure, Historic Trails, and Paul Bunyon. To be worn on Packs,
patch vests and such. Did I miss an update to the guide? I personally
think it would be nice to wear it there, but that's not what the
"official" folks would say. How do you get the rules changed? :)
