Oh yeah Charles I used to play with the S registers in my modem too
altering the timing.

Unfortunately this USR 56k didn't come with a manual and seems a bit
of an orphan as even googole or USR's web site doesn't come up with an
init string guide let alone a manual.

Still it works well though I wish I had a manual for it.
