  My first one was a 300 which was fine with me since all text and I could
only read so fast.
  Then being able to download/upload message boards and went to a 1200 and
thought it couldn't get any faster.  Then a 28, then a 56 and broadband in
'01.
  It would take a long time to download with a 56 and now if it takes more
than a few minutes to d/l a two hour movie its "come on, hurry up, what's
taking you so long?"  :)
