Seems that the world is already like that - there are people starving in 
Africa.

Everyone has the same rights - that's what you are trying to say I think.  So 
the "omnipotent multibillionaires" have the right to sell their software 
without having it stolen.  Why is is okay to steal from Microsoft but not all 
right for me to come to your house and steal your furniture?
