-=> Quoting Ray Mcconnell to Peter Shute <=- RM> Okay that's all I do as well but if you enable Call Waiting and you RM> have only one line, during data transfers the carrier will drop if RM> somebody rings. CYA! Sorry, I can't remember what this was about. (Can you quote me so I know what I said?) Most home users only have one line. I don't use call waiting, but I assume it can be enable/disabled by dialling a certain sequence. Perhaps you can set your comms prog to dial them for you at the start/end of a session. ---* Origin: Melbourne PC User Group +61-3-9699-6788 (3:632/309) SEEN-BY: 3/103 50/99 620/243 621/525 624/300 632/50 107 108 309 329 348 360 SEEN-BY: 632/371 525 533 998 633/371 634/396 635/301 402 502 503 506 541 544 SEEN-BY: 639/252 711/409 413 430 808 809 932 934 712/515 713/888 714/906 SEEN-BY: 800/1 @PATH: 632/309 107 635/503 50/99 711/808 934 |
