Sorry,  I can't remember what this was about. (Can you quote me so I know
what I said?)

Most home users only have one line.  I don't use call waiting,  but I assume
it can be enable/disabled by dialling a certain sequence.  Perhaps you can
set your comms prog to dial them for you at the start/end of a session.
