Only if you take an excessive amount of anti inflamitories that do damage to 
the stomach lining.. I don't. In esssense the Pepcid (or various other 
brands) do is mask the symptoms of the stomach damage.  
 
At best I take maybe an aspirin a day.. there's no conflict there.
