I can understand that.  Hopefully with a few irons I have in the fire, my
financial situation will improve enough to where I can get the Mosley fixed. 
I'd love to get it properly installed (meaning putting about 200' of radials
on it) and I'm sure I'll be able to operate just fine even with the local
QRM.

I can barely hear anything because of the noise floor, but like I said, I'm
hoping running a vertical will help that some.
