You won't harm anything by running at 115k2 but depending on your
OS/UART/CPU you might start to loose bytes off the com port which will
cause CRC's when downloading. IMHO 57k6 would be the best bet unless
you send a lot of uncompressed text even 38k4 is high enough for 28k8
connects, 33k6 connects however would require 57k6 or higher for best
performance.
