An increasing trend, it seems.  I am devoid of ideas - personally, I
wouldn't have got into this situation in the first place.

I'm really not sure why the USA is so obsessed with the Middle East.  Over
the long term, disaster is inevitable.  Leaving a state of stability is
always dangerous.
