After I Shut Down the XP box I had the Printer/AIO on and pressed the
power button and a little bit after the desktop came up that "New
Hardware" thingy popped up.
I shut down again and turned the UPS Off and again did what I wrote
above and saw the "New Hardware" window again so I figure I'll just
live with it whenever I shutdown this XP box.
Thanks again for the suggestion, I wished it would had worked.
