Great stuff! I'm tickled pink to get the IDEA language concerning 
Braille. While not quite what we origianlly submitted, it appears 
plenty strong enough to have the desired effect.
IN addition, I'm glad to see O&M now explicitly listed as a 
related service. I think it will help to see that some kids get 
O&M who otherwise might not have been able to receive it without a 
colossal fight.
Hope we can get the complete text of IDEA as re-enacted soon.
