enough for the speed  you've chosen, it'll drop back every
2400 until it's good enough.  For some  reason, if you put
the string AT N0 S37=19 and try to connect to a 14.4 modem,
it'll not connect, after all the different sounds, it'll
say NO CARRIER.
Even the Cirrus docs don't give that information!!
