One note about the UPS units that I just recently found out.

After replacing the batteries, you should do the following to reset the
battery constant. I made this document to remind myself what I did.

1) Install new battery.
2) Unplug from the wall, connect a device (around 200 watts or so) to the UPS.
3) Let it drain all the way down to nothing.
4) Unplug device from the back on the UPS.
5) Turn UPS off and then back on again. (should show single green light)
4) Run UPSFIX.EXE to reset the battery constant. (you should hear it do
this on the status screen)
5) Plug UPS back into the wall and charge to 100%.
6) Run UPS runtime calibration.
7) DONE!!!

Running UPSFIX is done through the serial port on the UPS. I now am
getting the full capacity and runtime from all my UPS units.
