Only when I notice an extra device number appearing during Boot do I
get concerned.
Seeing 0 for the Drive and 7 for the Adapter is the normal way I see
when I'm booting the XP pc.
I'm sure if I daisy chained another SCSI device and gave it #1-#6 I
would see it when the adapter started up.
I haven't added any other devices and still don't know why sometimes
that extra slot is taken on start up.
After sending this .REP packet to the BBS I will use a search engine to
see if the maker of my SCSI Card has a web site where I could browse on
their pages.
