I've been developing my Cheepware line of BBS doors since 1998 and all are
free.  You can visit my website (http://kd5col.info) and see them there. 
You can also get them via my BBS; just log in as a guest and go to the
Cheepware file area.

All of the doors are 16-bit DOS-based and require a FOSSIL driver.
