Hey only one dead innocent non-combatant. Not 18. That sounds more like
police work than a CIA/Mil "death from the air" style

I reckon AQ should send out signals that OBL or similar is in some mosque
or children's hospital in Pakistan in such a way that the CIA think they
alone know....
