Has anyone heard of prolink modems.  I have a 14400 model 1414LE.  V42.bis.
 It works well at a friends place but not at home.  I don't think the phone
line is the problem because his works okay at my place.  Mine will work at
home up to 4800BPS but not above, I get either gibberish if I do contact a
BBS or it just drops out.
Does anyone have any ideas including Init strings or whatever to try. Thanks.
