  That's like where the guy got a bill for $0.00 from this store. He 
promptly tore it up and threw it out. Next month, he got a SECOND
NOTICE for the bill of $0.00 -- again, he tore it up, and threw it
out. Then, he gets a FINAL NOTICE, with a COLLECTIONS THREAT.

  So, he sits down, and writes (wastes) a check for $0.00 and sends
it in. He received no further pleas from the store.
