I still haven't figūured out the Arabic transmission on 11870 kHz which 
comes in here between 0300 and 0430 UTC with considerable clarity.  I noted 
news in Arabic at 0400 UTC with many references to Riyadh.  Is this Saudi 
Arabia?  Happy Monitoring...Brian.
