AN> try this int sting- AN> at&f&k3&d2\n3\k0%e2s0=0 AN> Can you always connect to the internet at 28.8? Because I can, but AN> when I connect to BBS it will connect at 24.0 or 26.4. Is it just me AN> or are these modems fucked. AN> Netcomm says the reason they don't connect at 28.8 is because of bad AN> phone lines but I got telstra to test them and they said they were AN> perfect. AN> Anyways Cya AN> Andrew:) As far as I have been told - the reason it jumps from 28,800 to 26,000 etc.. is due to incompatiblities between your modem and that of the BBS! I have a couple of friends who connect to a multinode BBS and the modem on node 1 will not let THEIR modem run at 28,800 but others can! This is what I think the problem is!
