The aynonomus settings of Quake do it no favours at all.  It's just Doom
with a new engine and monsters.  Infact the whole look reminded me of
the Alien 3 movie - dark, dank and bloody depressing!  I'm looking
forward to the next 3D realms stuff, like Prey - a retail version of
Quake won't be visiting my hard-drive.
