    Not really... However, I HAVE a program that does MOST of what you are 
asking, however, it does not prompt for dupe removal, and it's limited to 70 
character lines... (However, it can process up to 1800*32000 lines.)

    It was designed for processing Tagline files.  (I wrote it... :) )

    I could, conceivably, alter it without TOO much difficulty...
