Yup since the PRC nicked a bit of Kashmir. It's the hidden side of the
Kashmir dispute....that it's a 4 way fight - India, Pakistan, China &
the poor bloody Kashmiris who want to rule themselves.

There are other touch points e.g. Sikkim in the east. Also China has been
supporting Pakistan (trans-himalayan highway).

So it took em 30 years.....they had millions of starving to try & deal
with first.
