stuff that blows up. The good news is that its use indicates the enemy
can't face your troops; the bad news is that to stop it you need to know
the enemy much, much better.

As a writer of too many CYA executive presentations, I knew what I was
seeing when the term "asymmetrical warfare" spread through the
Pentagon Powerpoints. If you're having trouble dealing with an old problem,
give it a new name. "The wily enemy is using [buzzword]. Who
knew?"
