SD> JE> I've been controlling my type 2 since 2000 by diet and exercise - SD> JE> keeping the readings quite low. Here in the last few months they have SD> JE> been going up and now are 120-130 in the morning. Dropped 30 lbs the SD> JE> first year and holding: 195 to 165. Sure get hungry however. Now I am SD> JE> afflicted with neuropathy in my feet. Can't win for losing. :-( SD>That's what I'm worried about. I'm also on several other medications, such as SD>Dyazide for my blood pressure (dual diuretic). Just really worried that if I SD>don't nip things in the bud now... Several? My pill box looks like a drug store. Ten different pills a day! No high blood pressure however. Been 120/60 for years and years - ever since I can remember. Now I'm 79.
