In my experience the picture is still not nearly good enough for what you
are proposing. There are many gaps and the false alarm rate is still
entirely too large. I have worked some in this area and we will get there,
but there are many problems yet to be worked out with fusing the data. The
pipes also do not exist yet to send all this data to many individual
platforms. We are defiinetely heading in this direction but have a long
way to go.
