Can you elaborate more on these problems?

I've had my M34F upgraded and I've had 33.6k or at the very worst 31.2k to
every other 33.6 modem I've called, except of course Couriers.

With other goodies such as Caller ID and Distinctive Ring the upgrade was
well worth it.

The only thing wrong with Netcomm is asymmetrical connect speeds. Either
it doesn't support it or it supports it but just doesn't display it.
