  Or as my former PCP noted after I had undergone a stress
test..."you're not in the best of shape, but for the shape you're in,
you're in great shape". Or, "I'm in shape...round's a
shape". 

  This guy is also a ham radio operator, in his 70's, who still drives
his motorcycle to work every day...and goes to south Florida in the dead
of winter to work low power Morse Code (QRP CW) on HF to Canada. He says
that "you can hear those VA and VE stations bristle when he tells them
of the beautiful weather he's having"...yet, they're likely in a
blizzard and around 0 degrees!!
