The formal-complaint of 2:280/5555 against 1:10/22 based on the fact that
the former was pasworded out by the latter has been reviewed by the ZCC.
 
The ZCC determined that 2:280/5555 had no cause to be sufficiently annoyed
to file the formal complaint and hereby overrules the IC-decision which
itself overruled the original ZC1-decision.
 
The complaint is hereby rejected with the following vote:
 
* ZC1 Votes "overrule"
* ZC2 declines to vote and removes himself from this stage of the appeal
      process
* ZC3 Votes "overrule"
* ZC4 Votes "abstain"
* ZC5 Votes "overrule"
* ZC6 Votes "overrule"
