The presentation or display of an echo name via TAG, DESC, RUL, etc through
the Elist robot is pretty good.  The result allows for the neat and tidy
inclusion in posts/netmail that could then be processed and parsed to a
sysop's delight.

If it were done like writing a free-form netmail, the different styles of
every writer could be hard to deal with.

I guess I just don't understand why the PLEASE ADD post is needed.  Is that
supposed be the official announcement for the sysop?

And.. I would rather fill in a form than construct a fixed-text message. 
Too easy to forget the darn "---" at the end, and a few other
things could go wrong.
