not only that, the salt kills the grasses and other plants along the
roadways... my friend lost their entire yard from the salt wash that came
down the hill into their yard from the roads... it killed the grasses as
well as their trees...

bad bad bad... but folks don't stop to think about things like the above
until it happens to them or their family and then they raise all kinds of
cain about it...
