subject: to pack the .DOC

 BD=> IN> The question is how can I pack the MsWord 6.0 DOC-file so
 BD=> IN> that it would not contain the changes (backward steps) info?
 BD=>
 BD=> I have no idea what you're talking about Igor.
 BD=>
 BD=> But perhaps, you the UNDO function is closest to what you are looking
 BD=> for - the ability to roll back changes you have made to a document.
I believe that Igor is asking how to get rid of the file size "bloat" that
comes as you edit, re-edit, and edit a file yet again. Even though you delete
entire sections, the file continues to grow in size, and Igor wants to know
how to save the file without all the accumulated changes.
Cheers!
