Why?

PC'es are easily capable enough.

Why do you think so many online games are plagued by "bots" which
are much quicker & better than the humans?

What's more....it would appear from some that the reason they're not doing
aaw trials is mostly because the F22 & 35 are such sacred cows that
they've told the techies to lay off in case they impress congress.

Try taking deep blue etc on at chess.
