It looks at the moment like the victim stepped into the line of fire
retrieving a kill without any kind of warning and, worse, was backlit by
the sun near the horizon -- so much for orange vests.

I've witnessed a couple of similar near-accidents on archery ranges where
eager kids lept to retrieve their arrows before the marshal called clear.
They weren't allowed back.

I think this might be the perfect opportunity to ask some of the White
House press corps who the hell they think they are, looking at their snotty
behavior on this one.
