Note that the Washington Times  article is talking about lobbyists. It
doesn't talk about PACS etc. Also it says for election campaigns. How is
the money for a PAC given to say the DNC/RNC counted ? What happens if the
money is donated to a PAC which goes to another PAC and then to a candidate
? So it could be technically true but very misleading. Which is why I want
to see the actual study.
