You're correct. The CRP site does not seem to include money spent to
further policy or to push particular pieces of legislation, it only deals
with campaign financing.

Given that, the numbers from Gary's right wing rags make sense. The GOP
gets more campaign money from individuals than do the Democratss, since the
Republican base has far more wealth and disposable income than the
Democratic base.

Simply put, Gary's right-wing website arguments don't address your original
claim at all.   They are simply bullshit peppered with
numbers to support the willful ignorance of people like Gary.
