Paul didn't invent the New Testament church. Beginning in the second
chapter of Acts on what is referred to as the Day of Pentecost, this
section describes the birth of what became the New Testament Church.

Which teachings are those? Jesus taught on several subjects, but his
main topic was the issue of pride.

Hypocrite? Paul was the type of person who would defend his ideals even
if it meant his death. He initially considered the Church a threat to
Judaism and something which had to be stopped. His initial mention (Saul)
was at the stoning of Stephen which he engineered.

What works for a person in one scenario can also help them in another.
As such, Saul would also be an ideal person to guide the Church if he could
be convinced to do so.

True, but its roots began there.

Those were the words of the Serpent used to trick Eve into disobedience.
And technically, neither she nor Adam died as a direct result. In one
sense, the Serpent was correct. However, they did eventually die and as a
result, children came about to continue the generations.

Does not the Qu'ran teach that we are all infidels until we believe in
and obey Allah? Where did it get that teaching from?

Jesus promised a Helper to his followers. My opinion is it's a
combination.

Can you prove Allah exists? Can you prove the Qu'ran is a holy book?
It's by faith that we place our trust in such things. Did not some of the
Disciples simply drop their nets and follow Jesus? But, faith without
something to show for it doesn't carry much weight, does it? At some
point, we must have something tangible to demonstrate our faith is not in
vain. Correct?

Because of his dual nature, Jesus was called the Son of God and the Son
of Man. As a man, Jesus would have the same basic needs as you and I.

1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted
of
the devil.

2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an
hungred.

3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God,
command that these stones be made bread.

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread
alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a
pinnacle of the temple,

6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for
it
is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their
hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against
a stone.

7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord
thy God.

8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and
sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt
fall
down and worship me.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written,
Thou
shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered
unto
him.

Following his baptism, Jesus was led into the desert by the Spirit,
presumably the same Holy Spirit which Christians have access to. When
Satan appeared before him, I believe at that point Jesus was physically
feeling the effects of such a hostile environment in much the same manner
you or I would.

You ask some good questions. It would be confusing how the single God
of the Old Testament suddenly becomes a more complex God in the New
Testament. Elements are added where none existed before. What purpose
does Jesus serve? Similarly, what purpose does the Holy Spirit serve? It
suddenly got a lot more complicated than the former Mosaic Law which
required dealing with Yahweh and offering sacrifices.

Several things occurred with the introduction of Jesus. The single
greatest change was the concept that spiritually, there was no longer a
separation of Jew and Gentile; both were now considered equal before the
Law. We are introduced to the concept that Jesus became our redeemer
through his sacrifice on the cross, and we are introduced to the Holy
Spirit. It's a radical departure from the Old Testament methodology.
While the Jews (Israelis) are still considered God's chosen people, we
stand equally righteous before God.

When Christians go about witnessing, they have to establish a baseline
to describe our relationship with God. We are not born with an automatic
righteousness knowing God.

Romans 3:23
    For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Romans 5:8, 9
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from
wrath through him.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:25
But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send
in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your
remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Matthew 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of
the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

I know there are some who will ask, "But isn't that three
gods?" No, it
is not. It is one God, revealing himself with three distinct natures.

Cheers,
John
