We're discussing this with Ray in the Fidonet group on Facebook.
Unfortunately, it seems that Ray doesn't have -anything- left to work
with SIO on and we're trying to get things set up for him to at least be
able to issue registration keys.  He said that he considers the "object"
(not the source) of SIO to be "public domain".
