Does ppp.exe that comes with os/2 version 4 have an errorlevels?  I've tried 
a couple of simple tests, and checked the docs, but have not found anything 
as yet. 
The goal is to run ppp.exe from the command line, have it dial my isp, and if 
it fails to connect, then to call back and try again.  I do not want it to do 
an endless loop, where it calls back every time the session is over, as this 
is for unattended news and mail pickup.  I've found, and built, a script that 
will just keep calling, but that's not what I want.  I only want it to call 
back if it fails to actually connect, like due to a busy, or no dialtone.
