I am not trying to say how you can get info that should not be given out or 
let me put it this way (How to side step the adoption agency) What I am 
saying that there are ways to find info with the info that has already been 
given to you.And how to utilize them.I do not see a problem with using the 
public library to find info I do have a problem with people that try to side 
step and illegally get info by ways of misrepresentation.I seen so many 
people that do not know that there are resources given to the public to 
utilize or they do know about them and just don't know how to go about using 
them.I would never condone someone who illegally steals information.Some 
people are limited by not having the funds to pay for searches and the like 
so why not make it easy for them.If a Bparent
truelly does not want to be found then so be it the rcords are sealed but if 
they left an opening in the hopes that the adoptee will search then there is 
this info to be used.I am rambling right now I just had surgery on my knee 
yesterday and the pain pill I took is starting to kick in.Got surgery coming 
up again on my feet in a week so hopefully I can continue the feed with you
