   The worst drivers here are from Ohio.  They seem to forget what stop
signs are, red lights are, yield and a host of other rules of the road.  Not
that WV drivers are the best either.
   The worse drivers, IMHO, are young people.  They drive too fast, take a
lot of chances, etc.
   When the university is full time session (August to May) its every man
for himself on the streets.
